The Hoboken Business Alliance supports property owners, commercial tenants, and entrepreneurs operating in the City of Hoboken through investments in the public realm, community and economic development, and marketing and promotions. Sanitation
Our HBA Clean Team performs general maintenance, trash & graffiti removal, power-washing, and treats rodent activity along 1st St, 14th St, Washington St, and Downtown.
Dog Waste Solutions
The HBA maintains roughly half of all dog waste stations Citywide and monitors and refills dog waste stations to reduce pet waste on our sidewalks.
Snow Removal
The HBA clears and de-ices ADA ramps and crosswalks along Washington Street, and Downtown areas during snow events of 4” or more.
Landscaping & Plantings
The HBA maintains street corner planters throughout the City, 11th Street Island (east), and hanging banners along Washington Street with seasonal plantings that beautify and enhance our public realm.
