HOBOKEN, NJ (September 8, 2026) – The Hoboken Business Alliance (HBA), the special improvement district dedicated to enhancing Hoboken’s public spaces and supporting the local economy, today announced the first-ever Hoboken Restaurant Week, taking place from November 9 to 22. The citywide event will feature prix fixe menus, exclusive specials, limited-edition items and other promotions from the Mile Square City’s best chefs, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and bars.
Hoboken Restaurant Week invites Hoboken residents and visitors to experience recently opened businesses and beloved favorites in new ways. Hosted by the HBA, the event is designed to encourage people to explore Hoboken’s diverse culinary offerings and allows participating establishments to attract new and returning customers by showcasing signature dishes and curated flavors.
“Hoboken’s restaurants are at the heart of what makes our city such an incredible place to live, work, and visit,” said James Runkle, President of the Hoboken Business Alliance Board of Trustees. “Over a quarter of the city’s retail space is home to food and beverage establishments, and Hoboken Restaurant Week is an opportunity to spotlight the incredible variety and quality of our local dining scene while supporting the small businesses that help define Hoboken’s identity. The HBA is proud to bring the restaurant community together for this new initiative that encourages folks to discover something new while supporting local businesses.”
The initiative reflects the HBA’s ongoing commitment to supporting Hoboken’s businesses through strategic programming that increases visibility and economic activity. By bringing restaurants together under a shared citywide campaign, Hoboken Restaurant Week highlights the city’s status as one of New Jersey’s premier dining destinations while creating new opportunities for businesses to connect with the community.
“As a Hoboken business owner and a trustee of the Hoboken Business Alliance, I know how important it is to create opportunities that bring people through our doors and encourage them to experience everything our local food scene has to offer, said Luca Infantino, Owner of Alessio’s Cafe and Trustee, Hoboken Business Alliance. “Hoboken Restaurant Week gives businesses across the city a chance to showcase what they do best, while giving residents and visitors another reason to explore, try somewhere new, and support local.”
The full list of participating restaurants, along with additional event details and promotions, will be announced at a later date. Businesses interested in participating in Hoboken Restaurant Week can sign up to participate by completing this registration form. Businesses are encouraged to apply by November 2.
